🌟 Skipton Boat Trips Nominated for Yorkshire & Humberside Family Business Award! 🌟
We’re thrilled to announce that Skipton Boat Trips has been nominated for The Yorkshire and Humberside Family Business Awards in the Leisure & Tourism – Attractions category! 🏆 It’s a huge honour to be recognized alongside incredible local attractions like Wolds Way Lavender, Whiskeyside, and Howstean Gorge. Our gratitude goes to our amazing crew and supportive community, who help make every canal cruise a memorable experience. 💙
What makes Skipton Boat Trips so special? For over 30 years, we’ve delighted in sharing the beauty of the Leeds & Liverpool Canal with families, friends, and visitors. There’s a unique peace in drifting past the lush Yorkshire Dales, but what truly sets us apart is our dedicated crew, who go above and beyond to make sure your experience is enjoyable, relaxing, and full of charm. Our boat trips bring the Dales to life, blending history, nature, and genuine hospitality aboard our comfortable canal boats.
Whether you’re looking for a chartered cruise for a group of co-workers or a festive afternoon team for a couple, our team takes extra care to make every aspect of your trip unforgettable. And with Christmas just around the corner, our festive Christmas Dinner Cruises are booking quickly! 🎄🍽️ Visit canaltrips.co.uk/christmas to plan your perfect seasonal outing along the canal.
Skipton Boat Trips has been a family tradition since 1989, founded by Alan and Judith and lovingly grown through the years. James and Jen took the helm in 2018 from his Uncle Nick and cousin Alex, and now with James’ sister Sally joining the team, our family business is stronger than ever. We’re so excited for what’s next—and thankful for the journey! 🛥️
